Small apartment two bedroom, tiny galley kitchen, bathroom/toilet/laundry combo, dining/lounge combo. Ceiling and walls: we have already washed down with sugar soap, patched what we can and done some sanding but might need a little more sanding. Same colour ceiling and walls, Slightly darker doors and door jambs. Needs to be done soon as carpet to be done also.

Job looks great for rental apartment. Considering apartment was mainly empty for the refurbishment there were some paint splatters on the black table legs, tile floor and stone sink surround. I didn't check carefully prior to them leaving. Guys tidied up. Overall happy with job for rental
