Overall all we are happy with the paint job carried out by L&L Quality Services and our new tenants also love it. We were able to work out the things that we wanted done as permitted by our budget with Kelela and Elisi. They were able to start right away, and kept us updated with the progress. The deck looks great with its dark stain, the front fence is looking good with the white paint (front and back) and the rooms were looking like new and refreshed. I would highly recommend them.
