We are looking for an experienced painter to quote on painting the exterior of our two-storey townhouse. The upper level is weatherboard, and the lower level is concrete block. The house was built in the 1970s in a colonial style, so we want someone with a good eye for detail to help maintain its original character.
We also need the roof painted as part of the job.
As the house is an attached townhouse, we’re after a painter who can work carefully around the shared boundaries and be respectful of our neighbours. Access on some sides is a bit tight.
We would like the exterior and roof painted in colours that closely match the existing, so everything blends in with the surrounding units.
