paint internal and external for a new house

I attached the plan of the painting. it's a large size of the house to be painted in and out. I need some good price for the paint. there will be stain where the vertical boards and paint on the horizontal boards.(no paint needs on the ground floor outside it's brick wall. inside of the house needs paints. there will be mostly black&white paint and only the W/D will be painted black.
