Painting newly gibbed staircase area in living room.

We are gibbing the internal area of our Lockwood home. In the attached photo you will see the staircase area which will be gibbed above and below the staircase. The roofed area is not gibbed. Paint 4 wooden window trims

Hi, I just installed 4 windows in two of my rooms and I'm finding someone to paint the window trims. I was trying to do it myself but failed (lol too much gap filler, so perhaps need sanding or dissolve the gap filler). The nail holes on the window trims need to be filled with fillers first then get painted. 3 larger windows and 1 small one (the size is half of the larger ones). I have all the paint, tools, and supplies ready though.

Repainting 3 x Units in Albany

I have 3 units that are due for repainting. They are monolithic cladding and need silicone or some other product in multiple cracks. The 3 units are 2 story and in the middle of block of 5, so only 2 walls require attention. I repainted them 6 years ago using mobile scaffolding. There is a small amount of wooden trim (barge boards I think they are called) I will add photos shortly.

Expert Wallpaper installer required
