Removal of wall between kitchen/dining and lounge. It is a load bearing wall. We have an engineers report for the required beam and building consent has just been received too. It is about 3m. Work includes removal of the wall, painting and tidying the ceiling and flooring and wall so it's seemless. We have the tiles to go in the tiled bit but the kitchen/dining is tiled and the lounge is carpeted. We also need electrical work done. Two switches and an alarm sensor moved (as they are on the wall) and electrical wiring for a new TV which we are putting on another wall. The rewiring needs to happen once the wall has been removed but before the remedial work has been done.
