Touch up/or repair and repaint 12 paint-off/or chip-off places on exterior walls

The exterior walls of the front house and rear house are both weatherboards. Totally there are 12 places have some paint off. Please quote for two alternative solutions: Quote 1. Either to touch up/to repair whichever suit these places and use the same/similar colour paint only around these areas, but don’t need to paint the whole walls. Quote 2. Or to touch up/to repair whichever suit these places and use the same/similar colour paint to paint these whole walls. Because most of these paint off are minor and within a small area (except one wall are chips off all over),so if you can, I prefer the solution 1 for quote 1 (except that whole wall chip off may need repaint the whole wall). However, if you feel you have to paint the whole walls, please give me the quote 2 as well. Note: Only three places are at level two height, which are Place4 and place5 and place6. Other places are all on level one height. This job is Not urgent. But the sooner you can start, the better. I prefer someone who has the public liability insurance and workmanship guarantee.
