The interior and exterior of this unit need a paint job. It is a two bedroom unit with lounge, kitchen, dining and bathroom. The bathroom ceiling will need special attention as it has mould. Walls, ceilings and all doors need to be painted - handles on doors will be replaced. The carpet is being replaced so no care is needed in that respect. The exterior has a block base and then fibre board sections above and below windows. The rest is unpainted brick that will not get painted. Only what is currently painted will get repainted. The property is tenanted, they are willing to move out when the interior is being painted and much of their furniture will also be moved out as the carpet is being replaced. You must be willing to communicate directly with the tenant to arrange a suitable time to check the job out. I look forward to hearing from you.

Quincy and his team painted the interior and exterior of a 2 bedroom unit. I could not fault their workmanship and it faster than I expected. Their price was the most competitive, they were flexible, able to work in with tenants to get the job done & were able to accommodate last minute requests. Communications were pretty good, once or twice it took a day or two to get a reply, but this did not hold up the job or affect any scheduling. I would use Quincy again without hesitation.
