External Joinery Putty and Paint

Looking to get the external joinery painted for 3x bedrooms and a hallway window. Joinery paint and putt is currently in reasonably poor condition, so would require: - Removal of existing window putty and applying new putty where required - Sand all external joinery - Primer and 2x topcoats Half the area is well above ground level, therefore would need either scaff or secure ladders. Ideally looking to be completed in the next month or so, although flexible for the right price and tradesmen.
