Exterior windows to be painted (from inside)

I have two bi-fold windows. I am getting the putty redone on the outside as the rain is coming in - on the inside when it rains as it is cracked. I am wanting a quote for the windows to be painted on the outside - from the inside once the putty has sealed. The two bi-fold windows as can be seen in the photos are able to be unscrewed at either end and moved along the track to enable the work to be done. I am also wanting new hinges (which i will supply) to be put in place of the other ones when the work is done. I would like a quote please. Thanks. The large pane measurement is 71 cm x 48 cm, the smaller panes are 14 cm x 23 cm.
