Fence painting - 140 lineal metres

This work is for painting the fence of a new build. The fence is yet to be built by my builders, but should be done by early December. It will be as follows - approximately 130 lineal meters of 1.8m high fencing - smooth timber - will only be painting one side which will be the paling side for 120 lineal metres with approximately 10 lineal metres with ralings as well. - the paint colour will be white - we're looking to use high-quality exterior paint with 2 top coats (and primer if paint does not have it included) - we're likely needing it painted early to mid-December, with a finish date before Christmas.
