Driveway Fence + Fence Paint

Drive way fence needs scrubbing & painting. Small gaps through the fence as it’s old so not sure if a sprayer would work as I don’t want paint to get onto our neighbours property. I did start painting by hand but it’s a huge job & I no longer have the time. Also after a price to paint our new screening panels black and a freshen up of existing fence.
