Sand and Repaint commercial bathroom

We had a roof leak in a bathroom in our commercial premise. Our landlord hired "handymen" to Re-GIB and Paint, but left us with an unprofessional finish (as per the photos attached) We need a qualified, professional painter to come through, sand out the mistakes, fill gaps and repaint with the correct black paint. This will be an insurance job that our landlord will have to approve. Would prefer this done ASAP, as our bathroom is currently out of order and we need it sorted for our customers. Bathroom measurements: 1.9m x 1.6m Thank you.
