Painting and decorating bedrooms

Need to strip wallpaper and paint two bedrooms BRM1 and 3 (possibly a third too, BRM2). May need to skim plaster, but unsure, depends on state of walls. BRM1=3.1x4m, BRM2=3.1x3m, BRM3=2.5x3m. BRM1 has 1.9m and 1.5m wide windows, BRM2 and BRM3 both have 1.9m wide window. We'd provide the paint. We're due to settle on new property 7-Feb and want to do the work before moving in.
