Exterior Painting - 2 or 3 units

I own 2 units that require exterior painting, with a possible third unit (I need to contact the other owner) which is part of the block. The units are brick and block base. The areas that do NOT require painting are: roof, garage doors (3x) and obviously the brick. What does need painting is: Windows and frames (wood); Spouting and guttering Soffit block base (one unit is above two garages, the rest have only a small block base of less than a metre); one full flight of stairs; front doors, back doors, laundry doors of each unit Front Porch area.
