Roof clean and paint

Need to get the roof of our property repainted. Approx area is about 140 square meters. It is long run colour steel. One side is a pitch of 45 degrees but the other is not to steep and the garage roof is flat. It is covered in lichen a fare bit so will need a good clean first. Some the iron only three years old as we did an extention so that bit will just need a clean. Gutters and downpipes will need to be painted as well to match
