Wooden floor sanding and polishing

Hi, our dining, family and kitchen areas need sanding and polishing (approx 70 sqm). The dining room and kitchen are currently polyurethaned but need redoing as they were done at different times and there are bare patches where a small wall and inbuilt dresser have been removed. The family room is bare under carpet. Thank you in advance.
