Roof and gutter painting and repairs 2

I have approx 160m2 tile roof and guttering that requires painting. There are a few cracked tiles to replace and also some pointing to be repaired. The house is a single story house, but the back of the house is higher due to sloping ground. The roof is easily accessable from the front or side of the house
