To remove acrylic textured ceiling from single story house 100sqm, and prepare and paint ceiling white. The current coating is 14 years old , which replaced an 18 year old textured ceiling; that was removed due to containing asbestos. Please note the house will be without furniture to facilitate this work. Short notice: Work to be carried out between 4-12 February '12 It is assumed that water saturation of the ceiling material will be the most effective means to loosen the surface for removal and to minimise dust, and that carpets, toilet, bathroom and kitchen area will need protection. All waste/mess to be removed by contractor. Ceiling height 2.4m Room dimensions: Dining Room - 3.4m x 3.0m = 10.2sqm Kitchen - 3.8 x 3.0m = 11.4sqm Bedroom 1 - 3.9m x 3.5m = 13.65sqm Bedroom 2 - 2.5m x 3.8m and 1.3m x 0.5m = 10.15sqm Bedroom 3 - 3.0m x 3.0m = 9.00sqm Living - 6.55m x 4.33m = 28.36sqm Entry 1 - 1.2m x 2.3m = 2.76sqm Corridor - 6.0m x 0.9m = 5.4sqm Entry 2 - 0.8m x 2.5m = 10.16sqm Bathroom - 2.55m x 2.4m = 6.12sqm Toilet - 0.75m x 1.6m = 1.2sqm Total = 100.24sqm
