Townhouse repaint

3Bd townhouse needs all of interior to be repainted. Mostly just paint (pre, undercoat, 2 top coats) except the following: - Hallway and bathroom wall - wallpaper removed and skim plaster where needed - Laundry - plaster new gib board and sand The exterior also needs a water blast and 4 doors and their frames to be painted.
