We want to have the outside of our weatherboard home prepared and fully painted externally. The house is a singles story, 4 bedroom home, approx 150SqM internally. The weatherboards, whilst in sound condition, have been painted over previously, rather than sanded back, and there is a fair amount of grain protruding from the boards currently. We believe this should be sanded back, whilst not to be smooth, but to make the grain less pronounces. We are however open to options and thoughts on this. There may be areas (as there would be in any 90 year old home) that will likely need filler and slight repair. We would like the successful tradies to take care of this side of things too. Essentially, we have made a start on the stairwell area, and realise we've bitten off more than we can chew. Ideally, this is a job we want to complete pre xmas. We can be available for a site visit with an amount of notice.

Justin did a cracking job, end to end... From the initial quotation, and advice given, he was very professional throughout. Very happy with the work completed, Justin went above and beyond, pointing out where we needed to make minor repairs. Will definitely work with Justin again, and would recommend.
