Small external paint job above second story

I have the paint but need to paint a 3 x 1 m (approx) wall that is on a level 7 m from the ground on my townhouse. I can’t get up there to paint it and don’t have the licence required to hire a scissor lift. There is a roof to stand on, with about 1/2 a metre to a metre high of wall (about 6m wide) at right angles to the roof that needs painting. The job itself will only take about half an hour - it’s the accessibility that’s giving me the grief! I’ve painted everything else. I don’t care about the quality of the job, you can’t see it from the ground, I just want to weather proof it so a home handyman/person is fine.
