We have a large five bedroom house hardi plank and after about 15 years needs its first paint, Mots of the surface is in good condition apart from the wooden facia boards which are in poor condition. scaffolding will be required as the elevation is up to 8 metres in places

Internal Painting for house sale

Wallpaper Removal and Prep for painting

We've purchased a home where the top floor has rather old/peeling wallpaper; 3 bedrooms, a living area, bathroom, and hallway. We would like the wallpaper removed and the walls prepared for painting. There is also a large storage room attached to one of the bedrooms with unfinished drywall - I'd like this room finished and prepared for painting as well. Would also entertain quotes for painting, but the wallpaper removal is the primary job we're looking for.

The interior of the house needs some attention. It has been a while since anything was done. The wallpaper has been scratched by cats and the paint is in need of a refresh. The house is my mum's old place that has been rented out after she moved into a retirement village. It is empty at the minute and I am hoping for quotes to get it looking better.
