External Painting - 3 bedroom single level dwelling

Repainting of external cladding - asbestos cladding so will need to know how this will be treated - no sandblasting for example. Only covers approximately half of house. Repainting and patch repairs if required of eaves soffits and fascia around house. As far as I am aware this is timber. Repainting of garage brickwork and render on backdoor slope and base of house. Preference given to firms who can work with their own scaffolding to save money on this front.

Interior walls paint finish

Smallish size floor plan, best to inspect to get a better idea and explanation. Hopefully included pics i uploaded provide better clarity. Small exterior cladding re-stain

Looking for someone to re-stain my feature cedar cladding. Cladding area only 14m2. Has been water blasted but needs a small amount of cleaning/prep plus staining (2 coats probably). Is over a deck so will be important to protect light deck from dark cladding stain please. I have the stain already. Resene waterborne woodsman. Highest point is about 3.4m. Looking to get it done ASAP if possible please. Might make a good small job between your bigger jobs? Many thanks in advance!

Post Renovation fix ups

Looking for a painter to finish off the final bits of a reno. This includes a few doors to be done, skirting boards that have been damaged from the floor sanding, a man hole including the architraves, around four walls that need another coat and some misc patches around the house. Paint will be provided. There is also a timber carport and a few exterior window sills (PVC windows) that need doing as well. Will provide photos this afternoon when I'm back at home.

Repainting lounge and dining room ceilings

Wanting quotes to repaint the ceilings. The lounge is a chapel ceiling approx. 2.7m high at the highest point. It has exposed beams. Only need the ceiling repainted. The lounge is aprox 6.2 by 5 m in area. The dining room is 4 x 3 m in area, flat ceiling and normal height.
