Interior wall painting and plastering

This job is to prepare and paint a number of our upstairs rooms. Unless otherwise specified: 1. Painting and preparing of doors, trim and ceiling is not required. 2. Condition is generally good, but minor holes (eg. from picture hooks), the odd dent and cracks will need to be filled prior to painting 3. Surface area given is the painted area required (ie. door, trim etc is not included) ** Room 1 (Upstairs hallway) ** 9.7m2. Ceiling has cracks that need to be repaired and then painted. Otherwise generally good condition. Ceiling surface is not included in the estimate above. Ceiling surface = 9.3m2. ** Room 2 (Study) ** 7.7m2. Average-good condition. Has a ~10cm gash in the wall that needs plastering. ** Room 3 (NW Bedroom) ** 11.6m2. Relatively poor condition, mainly due to blutack or tape being stuck to the walls. The paint has come off when this has been removed leaving many "pock marks" that will need to be patched or skim coated. West window trim (1450 x 1520) needs sanding and painting ** Room 4 (Ensuite) ** 8.5m2. In addition, paint window trim ( --- case windows), bath trim, door (ensuite side only). We are happy to wait to start the job and don't have a particular deadline, but would like the work completed quickly once started - say within two weeks max.
