Painting tradies for property trading in Hamilton (ongoing work)

I am a property trader looking for sub trades to complete predominantly cosmetic changes to properties I purchase before on selling. I'm looking for competitive rates as I complete numerous property transactions thtroughout the year and want to work with 2-3 tradies per trade. Will be looking for fixed prices rather than hourly rates. Will also be looking for sub trades who can view potential purchase properties (often with short notice) to pride written quotes. I'm looking for qualified and experienced tradies who guarantee a good job at a good price. Locations will be Hamilton and surrounding districfs within close surrounds.
