The house is a single story with timber exterior and apprx 140 sq meters. I have sanded filled and re sanded ready to paint but only as high as I could reach. I also would need the tin roof painted. If someone can look at the house and quote me a more accurate price. I will need the painting completed before the 30 Feb.

Workmanship (Satisfactory Cost was a flat rate ( I purchased my own aint and did half re myself} Schedule (estimated 2 days took 11 days. During the 11 days he took time off site do other work, sick and tired}. Communication Very good communication

"The job took 5 days to do, I ask if she would mind if I did a small job then come back she said it's ok so long as the job gets done by Sunday and the job was finished by Sunday. I started the job on a Friday and worked Saturday and Sunday.
