1950's Bungalow House Exterior Weatherboard Painting

Weatherboard house requires exterior painting. The current condition shows a lot of paint had stripped off. In the last 4 years, there was one tenant who did waster blast on the house, and another person too. There are a few spots of timber board waiting for repair before painting. Overall, the exterior condition is not too bad. Either quote labour or the whole job. I can source paints and accessories (material) from our Bunnings Warehouse account. The house is solid 1950s Bungalow style. Deck painting is not required. I will be this rental property this Sat 10th Feb 2018. Hope I can see you at 11:30am or 2pm for a quotation inspection. A tax invoice is required for payments. The property rental business is not registered with GST but tax book is needed.
