i am needing a exterior painting of a rental property. This has not occurred in about 10 years. the house is approximately 92M in floor area. the home is a weatherboard exterior circa --- . the paint is cracked and peeling in many locations, the timber joinery also needs attention.

Communication with Geoff was great, he kept me in the loop with progress and weather delays. The quoted amount was the final bill. Overall quality was acceptable, some of the prior paint around the back of the house was not stripped back quite enough, so you can see visiable old paint under the fresh paint, also there is some flaking with new paint over. It would have been a little better to have the walls stripped back properly. But for the price, Overall it was acceptable.
