300m2 bungalow exterior repaint. As per pics attached, the west facing front and north facing side are the walls from the 1929 original part of the house, and the paint is fairly scrappy with what looks like a coat over original. I suspect there is probably some lead based paint remnants from old coats. I think this part of the house will need stripping back to enable a decent finish. The garage and rear of house are additions done about 10 years ago, so paint is not too bad in the main - just a bit chalky and flaky in patches. Roof is OK. There will be a few minor weatherboard patch ups required (cracks etc) and some windows needing a re-putty - please advise if this comes within your scope of works. Trees and bushes will be hacked back to enable sufficient room to work. We are thinking to go to a dark colour, with white accents, so will be looking to use Resene Cool Colour.
