Historic house paint

Need to clean, remove loose paint and then paint under eves, barge boards and second story windows on house ONLY (lower stories have already been done). House is two stories high - cherry picker required for front of house due to difficult access and height. ~300m2 footprint to house. Windows - wood (may need to repair putty in places/ paint white to match rest of house). Window surrounds = concrete (paint brown to match rest of "stick work"). Will need to view to quote properly. This is a historic property.
