The outcome was good however it’s worth noting that akim works was sub contracted and was not originally done to an acceptable standard and the works wasnt fully inspected by pars property which the. required multiple returned trips to repair. Good tradesman, easy to talk to and agree on the scope, patient with my other contractors who were causing us major delays, as they were not finishing their parts on time, for Pars Property to complete their part and move on, so considering the chaos we were in, I think Pars Property did an outstanding job. I will definitely consider them for future jobs, hopefully they'll be easier than this one was, as I am not making the metal stairs ever again :-)

The paint stripping, putty and repaint work has all been great, and they gave me logical good information on other parts of my house that I asked about that needed touching up. 100% recommend and will use them again when I need.
