Hi there, I am looking for someone to do the interior painting for a property. Job Description: Interior painting of a 70 sqm 2 bedroom single floor residential home located at Te Atatu Peninsula. The job includes the preparation, priming, and painting of all specified interior walls, ceilings, and trims. Scope of Work: Surface Preparation: Cleaning and sanding of all surfaces to be painted. Filling holes, cracks, and imperfections. Masking and covering floors and fixtures. (no furniture) Priming: Application of primer on all surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion. Painting: Application of two coats of high-quality interior paint on walls and ceilings using ALABASTER Dulux Weathershield (WS) Base: Vivid White. Application of two coats of high-quality enamel paint on trims and doors using ALABASTER Dulux Weathershield (WS) Base: Vivid White. Paint colors as specified by the client. Cleanup: Removal of all masking materials and coverings. Cleaning up the work area and disposing of all waste materials. Payment methods: bank transfer.
