House is a single story square front villa. The only side of the house that is exposed to weather is west side, and the paint on this side is flaking and in a poor state of repair and will need a thorough sanding / stripping, before painting. The house is on a down slight slope and so will need scaffolding to reach upper weatherboards. There are 3 windows on this side: 1 large sash, 1 small bathroom and 1 medium sized. These are currently painted a dark colour and we propose changing to a light shade so this will also need stripping back prior to painting.
