1. Prep. & paint to hallway, 3nr small bedrooms & separate toilet: Walls, ceilings, skirting, architraves & doors. 2. Skirting & architrave to living room. 3. Stair banister and ledge. We are currently stripping existing wallpaper so not ready for immediate start, the plan is for w/c 24 August.
