He is crook, unreliable, a liar, untrustworthy. He used an EXTERIOR product on interior concrete block wall when it’s written CLEARLY on label - DO NOT USE ON INTERIOR WALLS. He ignores the instructions from manufacturer in-person and on the phone. He thinks he knows better. Refused to remove his mess by grinding.His tiling is poor. Everything he does is half-done. He turns up hours late. Photo is his mess, no waterproofing material can be applied. Demanded deposit No tax invoice supplied.
