Rust treatment and painting of the soffit. Length 28m. Changing the metal guttering for new one- 20m. Can be two jobs or one. I would prefer if it was done by one person, as painting requires removing the old guttering. Please note, the roof is flat - brown iron. The access to 50% of the soffit is from the ledge 60 cm wide.
