Retaining Wall besides car port

Hi there, There is an 8 meter section besides the carport with low steepness and easy access that requires a retaining wall. Initial inspections shows that the wall does not need to be higher than 1 meters. As part of this work, there is above ground water conduit (from strip drain) that needs to be relocated as well.
