Paving barbeque and washing line area

Existing tiles are in place. We will lft them but need someone to lay new tiiing please. Area is approximately 3.5 x 5.5m (bbq area) and 2 x 4.5 (wahing line). We have not yet purchased tiling as wondering if tradie can get better rate?

Garden tidy up and potential re-design

need a tidy up / hack back of garden beds. need to establish what are weeds and what are actual plants ; if the hedging can be salvaged and if not redesign / installation of new plants for easier maintenance; weeding / spraying. Mowing strip and paving

We have a blank canvas and would like a black, H3 mowing strip, with weedmat, bark and plants around the edge of our house - around 45m. Optional extra paving area and clothes line installation. Ideally you could help with trailer to collect timber etc, but we can do that if needed.
