Fish pond modification

Hiya I have a fish pond that needs a bit of alterations It has some sleepers as the edge boarder that covers the edges of the pond liner. But the mother-in-law wants it changed to make the edge of the fish pond more easy on the eye. ( I think lowering the sleepers lower around the edge of the pond to make the edge line seamless as possible). Jobs located in Cambridge,/ Tamahere Wanting someone who can do this for under $500 is possible
