We have a sloped front yard with very little currently in it. We would like the stairs removed (legs appear cemented into soil), a bordered garden bed put at the front behind the fence, and then the remainder leveled as well as it can be so we can add synthetic grass. The current retaining wall at the front drops down at one section (surrounding buried sewer tank), so we may need to separate this area out as a simple barked garden and then level the rest, but prepared to consider other options. We are happy to lay the artificial turf and plant the hedge plants etc, so the bulk of the work we need done is to prepare the area for this work (stair removal, leveling and soil prep). Initially we would really appreciate a visit for a discussion of the best approach and the prices for completing different stages. Thanks

Sean was a really friendly chap who got on with the job with little direction needed. He had a really good chat with us around what we needed and made some good suggestions around fixes etc and what to do when he was done with the bulk of the work.
