I'm planning to build a two-storey house on a slightly sloping ground. The house will be built on concrete foundation approximately 800mm high. The vacant land is 20 x 40m. It slopes downwards towards the back. I'd like the back half of this ground to be levelled. The slope is very gentle at the front (the first 20 metres or so has about 3 degree pitch), and it drops at the back.
