We've got a bunch of agapanthus in our front yard that we need dug up. It will need a small digger as their roots are very thick. The form a triangle appx 4x3x4 meters. The water mains runs through the middle so possible the ones along this line will need to be done by hand. Clearing old garden out

Drainage for Lawn area

There is a lawn on the property that has a lot of water pooling. We are looking for drainage to be installed in the lawn area. There is a cess pit located near but it likely that there is insufficient fall to use this for the lawn. A soak pit would be another option we would consider.

Garden bed removal, concreting, garden tidy-up

I want all the garden beds/greenery removed and replaced with concrete including both sides of the driveway. Lawn will need to be squared off. Create/extend the current bed along the front fence and edge with sleepers. Preparing ground for crushed limestone and brick surfacing

This area is a new courtyard area that we ultimately want to have some raised beds, with a crushed limestone and occasional recycled red brick surface. At the moment I am doing it stage by stage to manage costs. I want this area filled with substrate - course sand I think - with the surface levelled appropriately for drainage.
