Landscaping in Fairview Downs Hamilton

I'm selling my property this year and I want the landscaping to look tidy and low maintenance. To be completed by mid September or earlier. The weedmatting will need to be replaced in some areas and left intact in others. I'd like to recycle existing loose stones wherever possible but areas with mulch may need new mulch/ stones included in the price. Several hedge stumps and dying shrubs should be removed and disposed of appropriately. The areas should allow a future owner to add colourful plants if they wish. There are some concrete tiles that will need to be re-layed on flattened ground. Other tiles/ concrete will need the grass around them edged. Two small fences need repairing/ replacing and a basic lock replaced on another. Any other suggestions you have on improvements will be appreciated.
