Digger -clearing of front yard

We are wanting someone to come and clear our front yard. It's 7m x 4m. It is full of roots of buxus plants. Want them out and the area leveled so we can pave and lawn. Red line in photo shows area, yellow is where all the buxus root/plants are. There is also a path of stones chip in the middle.
