Gardens created for raised garden beds

We’re looking to create two gardens of about 70cm by 4.5m with wooden edging, into which we would place two 50cmx2m raised garden beds. In the attached photo, one garden would be along the fence, the other along the house. Need the gardens dug and prepared, we will provide the raised garden beds, and then pebbles/rocks to be added with the surrounding garden. Would like quote to create the gardens, place the garden beds and supply and place the rocks (something like this --- )
