Move large rocks for rockery

Job description

Paving
Christchurch

I’m looking to move a couple of trailer loads (possibly three) of rocks 40–60cm round from a pile around 30m from my home. My garden is in a 20 degree slope and several of the rocks need to be dropped off at the top of my garden and the other half taken 20m down the slope. I’m thinking a bobcat would be needed to lift the rocks onto a trailer and transported to the two drop off points. A 4WD is definitely needed to get the trailer down the slope. I need to provide access to the rock pile so the work would need to be done on a Saturday or Sunday. There is no need to place the rocks into position except for the biggest of them which I might need help with.

Gary did a great job. He communicated well and made some positive suggestions on how to make the job look good. The cost was more than quoted but only because it was more work than expected so I'm happy with this.
