Deck design, construction - Screening - Raised vegetable bed

I'd like some ideas and quotes for building a timber deck on top of an existing concrete terrace. Maybe looking at a privacy screen and built-in seating as well. Also a couple of raised vegetable beds. I have a spa coming and would like to incorporate that into the design. I'm flexible - really need some design expertise to make the best use of the space. Ideally I'd like to get onto the work in the next few weeks. Look forward to hearing from some experienced operators. Thanks
