Build new timber fence

I have just purchased a new section in Halswell (Longhurst development) and require a boundary fence to be built. At this stage I require 3 of the 4 sides to be fenced. I would like it to be 1.8 metres high with 19mm thick pailings (150mm wide). At the entry of the site, I would like the east and west fences to start at 1.2m for the first 2m of the fence and then slope up to the 1.8m height. Total length required is 79m. (East side 27.6m , South side 21m, west side 30m)
