New Lawns

New lawns required for rebuild. New foundation is higher than previous home so top soil is likely to be required to bring level up (See Picture). Mixture of hydro lawn and possibly some ready lawn will be required. Probably 200+ m2. New front, side and back lawns are required. Good hard wearing grass that is very tolerant to the hot dry summers wanted.
