Low brick retaining wall across lawn

I am looking for a quote to have a low wall built across the front of our lawn to stop dogs walking over the lawn, and also a small concrete lawn edging down side of lawn. The problem is that there is a "street tree" straddled between our lawn and the berm along Port Hills Road, and we are not allowed to cut the tree down. I have attached a photo showing the lawn, where I would like the wall across the front and a lower wall down the side, and to show what I mean I have also attached a photo taken of a house for sale, showing the type of thing I want, although a front wall would have to be built around half the base of the tree.
